Summit Engineering Corporation provides urban planning services to both public and private clients. We have provided land planning services on many large-scale and complex projects throughout Nevada. Summit’s Land Use Planning Department is an integral part of our development engineering team, providing the necessary entitlement procurement and representation before the various governmental agencies for initial project approval and assisting in municipal coordination, code review, and code compliance through final plans and the construction phase of projects. Summit is experienced in providing public outreach and public presentations for projects of all sizes. Our three decades of planning experience have given us an in-depth understanding of what is needed to professionally represent a project before governing boards, councils, and commissions throughout Nevada and the West.
