While our team works hard for our clients, we also know how to build long-lasting relationships with our employees. At Summit you will find lifelong friendships that have been built not only through day-to-day interactions at the office but through exotic excursions and fun events.
Creating a Unique Culture
Tom Gallagher wanted the culture at Summit to represent comradery, something that has been felt in our communities, with our clients, and employees. We have built relationships with clients that have led to decades’ worth of work, one where the client knows they can stop by and brainstorm ideas and receive quality work and projects completed on time and on budget.
Building Friendships
Within these walls, you will hear stories of Christmas parties that started with scavenger hunts and ended with dancing the night away. We have celebrated baby showers, and graduations for those said babies, as well as celebrated weddings. We don’t just know each other; we know the families.
Celebrate Achievements
Our families grow with our company and when your family reaches a milestone, so do we! 2008 marked our 30th anniversary, Colin and his son, Sean (pictured above) were right there commemorating our achievement. In 2024, Sean will graduate from McQueen High School, and we guarantee a celebration will be had!
Team Work Through the Ages
Summit frequently and consistently participates in various team building sponsored activities. Pictured above our team participated in the 1999 Star Lite Bowling for the Reno Corporate Olympics. Although the Olympics are no longer sponsored today, we still like a good, friendly competition and actively participate in a trivia team and an adult softball team.
When You're Here, You're Family
At Summit, we are always happy to welcome new members to the family. Pictured above are Heather Gallagher's twin boys joining in on Summit's 30th anniversary. The boys are much older now but you can find them roaming the halls or helping out with taking our headshots.
Team Building at Its Finest
Sometimes you just need a good old fashioned BBQ and Cornhole game to bring the team together. Whether we are celebrating an achievement, honoring your service to the company, or just recognizing good work, we love any reason to have some fun!
