Skin Cancer & Dermatology Institute - Monte Vista Clinic

This medical office building provided the client with additional capacity to serve additional patients.  Dermatological healthcare is in high demand locally, and this new clinic would allow the SCDI to see more patients and provide additional service to the community. Summit was selected for this project by the architect and general contractor.  Summit was selected for our local knowledge, our experience on similar projects, and the variety of in-house services that we can provide. Summit provided timely and accurate services that met the desired project schedule and the client’s needs.  We provided an economical design while meeting the existing site constraints. We contributed innovative solutions to civil design challenges and allowed the owner to maximize parking on such a small site.  Summit also took the lead in submittals to TMWA and to NV Energy for water, gas, and electrical service planning and design. There were some unique topographical challenges on the site.  We designed a grading and drainage plan that satisfied code requirements within a very small footprint.
