Brief

Marvel Way Apartments is a project started to provide affordable, sober living for individuals and families, whether they are homeless or financially struggling. This program helps them get back on their feet. Summit Engineering was selected to do the civil engineering design, SWPP, survey, permitting, and soil testing for this 42-unit complex, with laundry facilities, a community room, a computer lab, and recreation areas is a project. Summit took pride in being a part of a project that would provide a safe and affordable living environment for those looking to be successful in their recovery. This project was the first of its kind, with our team being local to the area, and with working on other non-profit projects, we were able to meet the unique needs of this project and stay within budget.

Scope

Surveying services consisted of the pre-design topography, final boundary, and easements determination, a Record of Survey Map, an ALTA Survey, a Foundation Survey, multiple legal descriptions supporting new grants of easements, a Merger & Resubdivision Parcel Map, a Boundary Line Adjustment, and numerous ALTA Survey updates.
